Repair or replace?
We tell you honestly. If the electronics can be repaired or the case swapped, that is usually the cheaper option and your existing key keeps working with your car. If the key is beyond saving, we can supply and programme a replacement. Either way you get a quote first. If the diagnosis shows a new key is needed, a spare key takes priority and the call-out fee is waived when you accept it in the same visit.

My key remote stopped working. Do I need a new key?
Not always. Flat batteries, worn contacts, damaged buttons and some circuit board faults can be repaired. Bring the key to us or message us a description of the fault.
Can you straighten a bent key blade?
Often yes, depending on the blade and the amount of damage. If it is too weak or damaged we can cut a new blade.
